These terms govern your use of e-ticket office. By browsing, buying or selling here, you agree to them.

e-ticket office is a ticketing platform. For every event, the organizer is the seller and the party responsible for the event itself — the line-up, the venue, the timing and the admission conditions. We issue and validate the tickets on their behalf and take payment for them.
That means a complaint about an event is one the organizer answers, and a complaint about a ticket, a payment or this site is one we answer.
You must give accurate details when you register, and keep your sign-in credentials to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us at support@eticketoffice.et if you think someone else has access.
Each ticket is a digital credential carrying a cryptographically signed QR code. It admits one person once. Copying it does not create a second admission — the first scan accepted at the gate is the one that counts, and later scans of the same code are refused.
Admission remains subject to the organizer's and the venue's own conditions, including age limits, security checks and late-arrival rules.
The refund policy is set by the organizer per event and is shown on the event page before purchase. Where an event is cancelled, the organizer refunds the ticket price; where it is rescheduled, your ticket stays valid for the new date unless the organizer says otherwise.
Refunds are returned to the payment method used for the order. See Help & FAQ for how to request one.
Tickets are for personal use. Reselling them above face value, or using bots or scripts to buy them in bulk, is not permitted, and tickets obtained that way may be voided without refund.
Organizers warrant that they have the right to stage and sell the events they publish, that their listings are accurate, and that their refund policy is honoured. Commission and settlement terms are agreed in writing per organizer and reflected in the reporting available in the organizer console.
We are liable for the ticketing service we provide. We are not liable for the content, conduct or cancellation of an event, which sits with the organizer, nor for losses that were not a foreseeable consequence of our failure. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, and disputes fall to the courts of Addis Ababa.
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and orders are governed by the version in force when they were placed.
